Reviews and Ratings
Upon arriving at 4 pm, the hotel room wasn't ready, and there was a slight issue with the window visibility from the waist up. However, the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff were exceptional. The location is terrific, with a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The dining experience, particularly the omelet station, was fantastic, though there were minor hiccups in service. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers nicely appointed and very comfortable rooms, but you have to pay extra for a better view. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with amenities like condiments. The location is beautiful and convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The dining was good but lacked an on-site restaurant. Overall, it's a great choice with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern looking, clean, and offered pretty good views of the surrounding area. However, there was a slight inconvenience with the room not smelling fresh. The service was overall friendly, but there was a mishap with a missing condiment for the burger. The location was amazing, with easy access to the waterfront and restaurants, though there was a small issue with the complimentary guest lotion being half used upon arrival. The dining experience was outstanding, with a decent variety of choices, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right beside the convention center and within a short walk to downtown Long Beach, offering views of The Queen Mary from the room. The rooms, although on the small side, are extremely comfortable and come with all the necessary amenities. The staff is top-notch, always professional and helpful. The dining experience was above average, although the menu could use some variety. Overall, a great choice for my trip!
The hotel offers rooms that are a little on the small size but were adjoining as requested in the Executive King Suite. The service, from the bartender who remembered guests' drinks of choice to discreet club attendants, was commendable. The location, with Shoreline village across the street and close proximity to downtown Long Beach, is fantastic. The dining experience was pleasing with a good lox bagel buffet. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has some great snacks at times, a light breakfast on Sunday morning, and offers great views. The rooms are comfortable with coffee and tea facilities, but they definitely need renovation, including new furniture. The space can feel small when busy, and the food options are limited with very rigid clear away times, which can make guests feel rushed to vacate the room.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautiful with a panoramic view of the waterfront, a desk, a comfy bed, couch, and streaming light, making it a nice stay despite being a bit pricey for our church conference. The service was friendly and helpful overall, from front desk staff to maids to club attendants, offering quick responses to any needs. The location in Long Beach's Shoreline area was perfect for business at the convention center, although the darkness and impersonal feel of the huge surrounding pond area were drawbacks. The dining experience had its ups and downs - a disappointing breakfast lacking hot pancakes and mascarpone but redeemed by a delicious lox bagel. The facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach was exceptional. The hotel's location is top-notch, just steps away from shops, restaurants, the aquarium, and the beach. The rooms were equipped with the latest tech gadgets, including a wall USB charger and a 65-inch TV, making for a comfortable and modern experience. The service was impeccable, with prompt and friendly staff. However, the dining experience fell a bit short in terms of variety. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
During our visit, the hotel rooms were one of the best I've ever seen—adjoining as requested, and we checked in at the property at 11:30. The service was top-notch with very friendly staff assisting us from check-in, holding our bags until the room was ready, and the polite restaurant and market staff. The location was excellent, with friendly staff from valet all the way to housekeeping, in a good area close to attractions like Lagoon Park, the Aquarium, and the Pike Outlet. The dining experience was incredible with a variety of choices, including a build-your-own omelet station. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, offering dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance.
