Upon arriving at 4 pm, the hotel room wasn't ready, and there was a slight issue with the window visibility from the waist up. However, the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff were exceptional. The location is terrific, with a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. During our visit, the hotel rooms were one of the best I've ever seen—adjoining as requested, and we checked in at the property at 11:30. The service was top-notch with very friendly staff assisting us from check-in, holding our bags until the room was ready, and the polite restaurant and market staff. The location was excellent, with friendly staff from valet all the way to housekeeping, in a good area close to attractions like Lagoon Park, the Aquarium, and the Pike Outlet. The dining experience was incredible with a variety of choices, including a build-your-own omelet station. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, offering dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance.
